The many of the schools in the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod have their students take the Terra Nova standardized tests.  These tests are similar and give comparable results to the standardized tests that are given at other public and private schools in the country.  The Lord has certainly blessed the students and teachers at Zion.  Overall, the graduates of our school have shown that they are well-prepared for high school.

How to read the chart:

The numbers under each of the subjects represents the number of students that have scored in the quartile listed on the left, such as:  61 of our 77 graduates have scored in the 76-99 percentile range on the Terra Nova math standardized test.  A percentile shows how the student compares to other students that have taken the same test.  The average student should score in the 50th percentile.  For example:  a student who has a score in the 80th percentile would rank higher than 79 out of 100 students that have taken the test and lower than 20 of the students.
