Zion Lutheran ECDC Programs and Fees

Full Day Preschool Program

Includes our preschool curriculum and extended care for up to 10 hours per day from 6:30am - 6:00pm  

5 days     $165 per week / $660 per month

3 days (MWF)     $137.50 per week / $550 per month

2 days (TTh)     $122.50 per week / $490 per month

 

Half Day Preschool Program

Includes our preschool curriculum and extended care from 6:30am - 12:00pm or 8:00am - 2:00pm. 

5 days $122 per week / $490 per month 

3 days (MWF)     $107.50 per week / $430 per month

2 days (TTh)     $97.50 per week / $390 per month

 

Morning Preschool Program

Includes our preschool curriculum from 8:45am-11:45am

 5 days     $65 per week / $260 per month

3 days (MWF)     $50 per week / $200 per month

 2 days (TTh)     $40 per week / $160 per month

 

Annual Fees for all Preschool Programs

$85 Registration Fee + $65 Field Trip Fee (per child, non refundable)

Summer Only Fees

$65 Registration Fee + $50 Field Trip Fee (June, July, August - non refundable)

 

Open Year-Round: Preschool programs are year-round for children at least 3 years of age who are toilet trained (self-sufficient in the bathroom).

Days Closed: Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday After, Christmas Day, Eve, and Day After, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, 4 Days for Teacher Conference/Inservice/Workshop - (dates to be announced)

 Milk Ticket for lunch: (.25 per carton of milk) $5.00 for 20 cartons of milk

 Additional Charges: Parents will be notified in advance of any additional charges for special events.

Zion Lutheran ECDC Financial Policies

Parents’ fees cover our operating expenses. This includes salaries, program equipment and supplies, and property. Therefore, it is very important that these financial policies and procedures be strictly followed.

No exceptions will be made. However, Zion Lutheran ECDC reserves the right to amend the terms here of from time to time as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

All Payments: Checks need to be made payable to Zion Lutheran ECDC. Please no cash.

Keep your receipts and canceled checks for income tax purposes. Year end receipts are not automatically given.

Monthly payments: Payments are due on the first day of the month your child attends.  A late fee of $10 will be added to all fees made after the 2nd day of the month your child attends.  An additional fee of $10 per day will be added to your tuition after the first week of the month.  A child may be dismissed from the ECDC when tuition is unpaid for one month and no contact with the ECDC Director has been made.

Late Pick Up Fee: $1 per minute after school pick-up time for morning and half day children; after center closing time for full day children. Payment is due upon pickup, regardless of the reason for being late.

Return Check Fee: $25 Payment will need to be made with a money order or certified check.

Fee Reduction: There will be no credit, discount, or refund given for time missed due to illness, vacation, holiday, center closing, or withdrawal. Our rates are predetermined to include the overall operation costs for these days.

Withdrawal: At least two weeks written notice is required upon withdrawal from the ECDC. Refunds for credit balances will be considered when made in writing to the ECDC Director at least two weeks before withdrawal.
